The Gray-Nicolls Havoc 1.0 Test Junior Cricket Bat is a premium Grade 2 English-willow option for serious young cricketers. It uses the modern Havoc profile: a mid-blade hitting area, exaggerated spine, Powercurve face and offset edges, combined with a mid-to-high balance point to produce a powerful profile that is designed to retain a light pickup.

OTR view

The Test sits much further up the Havoc range and makes most sense for a junior already playing plenty of cricket. The Grade 2 English willow is the key upgrade, while the shape remains focused on a large hitting zone and quick pickup. For a confident young batter wanting a serious match bat rather than a first bat, this is the standout of these three Havoc options.
