The Gray-Nicolls Imperia 1.0 GN450 Cricket Bat brings the distinctive low-middle Imperia profile into a more accessible English-willow grade. A full blade, substantial edges and a low-mid sweet spot favour front-foot stroke play, while careful weight distribution gives the bat a balanced, controllable pickup.

Best for

Developing and club cricketers who enjoy driving and want an English-willow bat with a forgiving low-middle profile.

OTR view

A sensible choice for a club batter who likes the Imperia shape but does not need one of the premium grades. The lower sweet spot is the key reason to choose it: players who score heavily through drives should get more benefit from this profile than from a higher-middle bat.
